Technical QA Automation Lead, Java or Python
We are currently looking for passionate Technical QA Lead who is obsessed with quality and love what they do.

Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to take initiative Is proactive and enjoys finding innovative solutions and thinking outside the box Can build and maintain effective cross functional and partner relationships Can structure and adjust communication style for varying audiences Enjoys the challenge of complex problems and systems Is comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines Is able to effectively evaluate business, technology, and consumer experience tradeoffs when managing the creation and evolution of any feature under consideration or in active development Key Responsibilities Oversee the development and execution of software test plans for existing and new business requirements and technical specifications Hire, develop, and mentor a world-class team of QA Engineers Define the roadmap to transition critical manual test coverage into test automation Work with Development and Product teams to reproduce, identify, and resolve issues, design stories, and formalize acceptance criteria Perform regression and ad-hoc testing Estimate and scope QA tasks for projects Actively participate in daily Scrum and project planning meetings Proactively raise questions and recommend process improvement opportunities Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline Software QA Automation experience on web and mobile platforms Experience writing and using Python or Java to automate tests Self-motivated, independent, and proactive 5
years successful software QA management experience Able to motivate, mentor, and instill a strong sense of ownership in a team Able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Highly effective communicator and problem solver Excellent written and verbal communication skills SN013 .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
