Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
Attend property losses and develop detailed loss scopes using Xactimate & Symbility - Loss scopes to included digital sketch's and detailed line scoping.
Identify potential site hazards (Lead, Asbestos, Mold, etc) during your site inspection.
Apply industry leading SLA standards to your work and ensure all works betters our standards.
Liaise with clients, adjusters & insurance companies to provide technical explanations regarding the estimate and scope of works needed.
Establish and grow your own local clientele list that provides you loss opportunities on a regular basis.
Take ownership of each assigned project from commencement to completion Provide industry leading communication to all parities on a regular basis (DASH is our management software) Key Selection Criteria:
Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Do you want the opportunity to potentially work your way into a partnership? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.
The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.
Knowledge of Construction Trades and Industry Standards Xactimate Level 1 Certified (Level 2 Preferred) Core Logic Symbility experience (We currently write claims using this platform) Prior Insurance Building experience advantageous, however not essential Experience in estimating after mitigated events such as:
Water loss, Storm damage and Fire losses.
Excellent communication, customer service & relationship building skills Computer literacy Current motor vehicle license Job Type:
