Quick Apply Part-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description The Real Estate Field Assistant will assist with the coordination and preparation of upcoming properties to be listed.
The Field Assistant's responsibilities include working closely with the listing departments coordinators/managers/ directors to assist and execute comprehensive action plans.
The Field Assistant will perform various coordinating tasks, that include scheduling, risk management, administrative duties, maintaining and organization of field project documentation and reports.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess excellent time management and communication skills.
Compensation:
$18 hourly
Responsibilities:
The average number of hours per week is between 20hrs to 30hrs Assist in all aspects with the coordination of the property in order to prepare the listing.
Such as lockbox installation, material & supplies preparation, and sign rider installation Manage front yard signage Coordinate retrofit inspection for listings once they are pending status Maintain the general inventory of all supplies and materials in the company's storage and all offices.
Such as signage organization, purchase order form, updating the inventory list Organize the office to keep a clean and orderly appearance Run business-related errands Field general office inquiries and customer requests Assist the company's marketing team and client care coordinator with Event set-up and breakdown when needed Collect mail Placement & Removal of the open house signage
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-Year in a support role with a proven work ethic and strong managerial references Real Estate experience is NOT required but is strongly preferred Ability to work steadily and confidently within a startup, fast-paced environment MUST have a reliable car and a clean driving record.
Sometimes you may have to drive our company moving vehicle Professional appearance and appropriate work attire Excellent organizational and team-oriented approach to solving problems Positive mental attitude and team-oriented approach to solving problems Proven proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Ability to use office equipment, including copiers/scanners, etc.
